Harry is an Associate specialising in real estate disputes.

Harry deals with a wide range of property litigation including commercial lease termination and renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, service charge disputes and breaches of covenant.

Harry has experience in advising and acting for clients on modification and discharge of restrictive covenants, adverse possession claims, easements and boundary disputes. He also regularly acts in professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors and other professionals.

Harry has acted and advised both corporate and individual clients including developers, property investment companies, commercial landlords and tenants, high net worth individuals, property agents and trusts.

Harry qualified as a solicitor in November 2019 and previously worked as a property litigator in Hertfordshire before joining Hamlins in September 2022.
