Brand and site development
We have particular expertise in rolling out high street brands through the acquisition of sites and negotiation of leases for new restaurants, pubs, bars and clubs across the UK.
Recent real estate transactions include: development, pre-let, acquisitions of restaurant/bar premises including the grant of leases, managing roll out of large restaurant chains, acting on new leases of five-a-side football centres and the acquisition of cinema and bowling alley sites.
