“Hamlins LLP largely acts for claimants in complex professional negligence disputes against solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, trustees and construction professionals. The team ‘understands the position from an insurer’s perspective, which gives a different insight that not all firms can offer’ and it ‘always delivers on agreed time frames and is always readily available to answer any queries’. In an example of its experience in handling cases against solicitors, the team advised on a significant claim against a leading London law firm, which examined the drafting of an estate management deed.”
