    • Working with local country law firms on global strategies relating to defamation and media issues for high profile businessmen and politicians.
    • Acting for a Saudi Arabian diversified business active in many countries worldwide regarding a $130m software licensing dispute with a high profile global software house.
    • Acting as the lead legal advisor on the recently launched global sailing series SailGP, including the structuring and protection of the commercial and intellectual property rights for the SailGP country teams and the negotiation of key sponsorship and commercial partnership arrangements with global brands including Rolex, Jaguar Land Rover and Louis Vuitton.
    • Advising TEOCO, a leading U.S. provider of Assurance, Analytics and Optimization solutions to Communications Service Providers (CSPs) worldwide, on the acquisition of AIRCOM International, a network design and optimisation software and solutions provider. Advice included competition, data privacy and cyber security issues. The combined company served a global base of more than 300 communication service provider customers across more than 100 countries from its office locations in over 15 countries.
    • Advising on the launch and development of the A1 Grand Prix, the exciting sports concept devised by HRH Sheikh Maktoum Hasser Maktoum Al Maktoum. Advising and working on the day-to-day legal operations including the staging of events in over 20 venues globally and the regular liaison with over 24 international teams.
