About Phillip

Phillip is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking a seat in the Commercial Disputes team.

He joined Hamlins in March 2020 and was promoted to Senior Paralegal in September 2023, before commencing his training contract in September 2024.

As a paralegal, Phillip worked alongside Kate Andrews and Sarah Finch on a wide variety of contentious real estate matters including lease renewals, dilapidations claims, injunctions, possession claims and property related insolvency issues.

Prior to joining Hamlins, Phillip spent two years working as an Aviation Paralegal, dealing with claims brought under the European Small Claims Procedure.

Phillip graduated from the University of Exeter in 2016, and is an alumni of the charity Vocalise UK.
