Lane 7 acquires Par 59

Hamlins advised leisure operator, Lane7, which operates boutique bowling alley, entertainment, and bar venues across the UK, on its acquisition of mini golf leisure business, Par 59.

Par 59 was launched in 2022 through a joint venture between Elevens Group, co-owned by former professional footballer Gareth Bale, and DEPOT.

The transaction will see the Cardiff site refurbished and reopened as a Lane7 venue, while the Bristol site will continue to operate under the Par 59 brand.

This deal demonstrates Lane7's continued growth and investment in the UK's leisure and hospitality sector, bringing premium entertainment experiences to major city centre locations across the country.

Hamlins has supported Lane7 on a range of strategic projects as the business continues its expansion, including site acquisitions, construction matters and corporate growth initiatives.
