Core Company Secretarial package
The core Company Secretarial Service package covers routine, non-transactional filings, including:
- Preparation and filing of confirmation statements
- Maintenance of the company’s statutory registers; and
- Updates to Companies House records (such as director changes or changes to the registered office).
For clients who appoint Hamlins as Company Secretary and where we maintain their statutory registers, this also minimises or eliminates the administrative burden when we periodically renew Know Your Client documentation.
