Hamlins hires new Commercial Disputes partner, Katherine David

Hamlins has appointed a new Commercial Disputes Partner, Katherine David, to join its growing Disputes team.

Katherine is a commercial litigation Partner, with experience gained at offshore magic circle and City firms.

Katherine has established a broad practice covering cross-border litigation, dispute resolution and advocacy. Her areas of expertise include shareholder/director disputes, contractual disputes, arbitration, professional negligence, tax/trust/financial litigation, fraud, and worldwide freezing orders.

Katherine joins from Acuity Law where as a Partner, she grew the litigation function in London and successfully led complex litigation cases for clients across multiple industry sectors.
