Solicitor Real Estate – Maternity Contract

We are seeking a Solicitor to cover a Maternity leave for approximately 10 months.  This candidate will work closely with Mark Hurst in the Real Estate department.  The role is extremely varied and will provide exposure to a broad range of general commercial property matters.

This role is likely to appeal to someone who has a proven interest and focus in real estate and is seeking to join an established team operating within a highly profitable, long established and reputable London firm.

We expect the ideal candidate will have 3 – 4 years of relevant proven post qualification experience along with a strong competence in a variety of commercial property matters.  The successful candidate needs to be extremely commercial in their thinking and approach, intelligent, possess sound drafting skills and have the ability to cope with a varied and intellectually challenging workload.

The firm’s working environment is very “hands on” and a sound commercial sense and ability to handle clients is essential.

The candidate should also have excellent technical, file/time management skills, good client liaison abilities and should be able to work under pressure on high profile projects with tight deadlines.
