The Companies Registrar announced that, from 25 March 2020, businesses are able to apply for a three month extension to file their accounts, by completing an online application.
Completing the application should take around 15 minutes. Companies that have already extended their filing deadline, or shortened their accounting reference period may be ineligible for an extension.
