Don’t mock mediation in dilapidation disputes: Kate Andrews at the RICS

By Kate Andrews

The RICS Dilapidations Forum Annual Conference, widely known as the UK’s leading dilapidations event, took place in London on 19 September 2019. Over 300 building surveyors, valuers and legal experts attended to hear about critical property sector updates and developments.

Kate Andrews, Hamlins Head of Real Estate Disputes, was involved in presenting the mock mediation at the conference which looked at key issues that present themselves in mediation and how to demonstrate best practice.

Further, Kate will be taking part in the mock meditation session at the next RICS Dilapidations Forum Annual Conference (North) on 4 February 2020. See here for more details and how to book.

Please contact Kate Andrews for information regarding this or any other Property Disputes matter.
