Hana has experience dealing with all aspects of corporate real estate including:

Hana’s commercial awareness has been boosted by in-house experience at Wolverhampton City Council and Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited.

Acted on a £4m acquisition of a site in West Bromwich from Receivers for a developer client who is looking to construct a mixed-use development.
Acted on a complex acquisition of a long leasehold interest in a Council-owned rehabilitation centre for £2.42m.
Assume an active role assisting with the acquisition of a brewery and three “Tap Rooms” out of administration.

Acted on a condition contract to buy land for development and an agreement for lease and lease with a household name supermarket as anchor tenant. Acting on the forward funding element of the development to a fund.

Project managed pivotal transaction for a key promoter client dealing with an head and sub-option agreements and assisting with expert determination of the purchase price.
Led on a sale of land to a developer, acting for a promoter client, assisting with the negotiation of a conditional sale contract along with forms of deed of easement and deed of release.
Acted on a conditional acquisition of a mixed-use development in Wisbech for a development client for £2.15m.
Acted on two disposals with a value of £14.7m; one of the disposals had a leaseback element.
