COVID-19: A Message to our Clients and Friends

Together, we are facing an unprecedented situation. COVID-19 is threatening to affect all our families, our businesses, our communities and our way of life. During this difficult period and whilst the world is adjusting, I want to update you on how we are approaching the situation at Hamlins, and reassure you that we are continuing to fully service the needs of you, our valued clients.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.

At Hamlins, our primary focus is the health and safety of our employees, families, clients and communities. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to close our central London office from this Thursday 19th March 2020 and our employees will be working remotely during this time. Due to our bespoke IT infrastructure we will be able to continue to deliver the highest levels of client service throughout this period and you may not even realise we are working remotely. To ensure you continue to receive the service you expect from us, please use the usual means of communication with your Hamlins contact as all of our partners and staff are fully operational remotely. During these challenging times, we are here to provide our normal high standard of advice and support to meet your needs.

If we have a meeting scheduled with you either in our offices or elsewhere, we will, wherever possible, conduct those meetings via video or telephone conferencing. We will contact you to make any changes to arrangements already in place.

We will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and the latest advice from the Government and Public Health England. Should our plans change in the future to reflect new developments in guidance we will inform you accordingly.
