I always knew I wanted to be a lawyer from about the age of 6 when I remember watching Law and Order and being convinced that was what I wanted to do. I trained at Nabarro before moving to Clifford Chance and I joined Hamlins in 2014.

My role here is very varied and I work in a close team with a real estate partner and trainee. I work specifically on acquisitions, disposals and land lord tenant work. My role also involves some client entertaining. What I like is that I get to be involved in a bit of everything; there are some fast-paced days where you don’t know what’s going to happen next and some quieter days where you have more control over what the day will look like.

Hamlins is a great place to work because everyone is free to be themselves and there are a lot of different personalities. Everyone is hard working and there are plenty of people willing to offer help and support if you need it. The whole team really care about getting the job done.
