About Phil

Phil Moores is Head of Finance, Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) and sits on the Management Committee having joined Hamlins in July 2024.

Phil is responsible for managing the Hamlins finance team, driving procedural efficiencies and ensuring operational and regulatory processes and controls are being effectively monitored and maintained.

Phil is an Accountant with extensive experience at a senior level within the legal sector and has successfully led/managed financial change projects as well as developed high performing teams.
