About Katherine
Katherine is an Associate in our Real Estate team.
She works on a full range of property transactions – from acquisitions and disposals to lettings and property management, and property financing and corporate transactions.
Having started her career as a planning lawyer, Katherine draws on a breadth of experience and insight into the full life cycle of real estate projects.
Katherine trained at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP where she spent three years post-qualification working in both commercial property and planning.
She subsequently spent three years in Sydney, Australia practising as a Foreign Qualified Specialist in commercial property and planning, where she gained valuable insight into an equivalent system of registered land and a zoned planning framework.
Katherine joined Hamlins in November 2025.
