Real Estate

Our Real Estate team has retained its Band 2 ranking in this year’s guide. It is recognised for its capable provision of a diverse range of real estate services to clients and for its capability in the leisure sector and in transactions involving multi-let properties, as well as expertise in high-end residential developments. “The group is adept at helping clients manage large investment portfolios as well as facilitating key acquisitions and disposals.” Head of Real Estate, Mark Hurst, is commended for being “responsive, commercial, approachable and pleasant to work with”.

Real Estate Litigation

Hamlins Real Estate Litigation practice is noted for its expertise in both residential and commercial property litigation and for advising on a host of matters including professional negligence claims, rent review cases and development disputes. We are delighted our Music team has been ranked for the first time, with a Band 3 ranking.
