Kate Andrews appointed Chair of the Property Litigation Association
Kate Andrews, Hamlins Partner and Head of the Real Estate Disputes team, has been appointed Chair of the Property Litigation Association (PLA), the membership organisation for property litigators working across commercial, residential and agricultural law, which celebrated its 30th year in 2025.
Kate has been serving as Vice Chair supporting the PLA’s outgoing Chair, Rebecca Campbell, a Partner in BCLP’s Real Estate Disputes team, with Kate’s Chair appointment announced at the PLA’s AGM on 20 November 2025.
This appointment crowns Kate’s 20+-year membership of the PLA, which provides a community for its members to access opportunities in education, training and networking, along with support and resources for wellbeing. The Association plays a key role in lobbying for improvements to property law and the court service.
