Hamlins expands Real Estate team with hire of new partner, Petar Orlic
Hamlins has appointed a new partner, Petar Orlic, to its Real Estate team, further expanding our real estate practice and sector expertise.
Petar has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate and banking, with broad expertise in the acquisition, finance, development, management, and disposal of a wide range of real estate assets across the UK and mainland Europe.
Petar’s diverse client base comprises institutional investors, developers, and foreign and domestic banks.
He has significant experience in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), where he advises clients on international transactions and financial strategies for new markets. He also advises various banks, governments and sponsors in respect of the financing and re-financing of major projects in CEE.
Petar is fluent in Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin, and has a foundational understanding of Japanese from three years spent living in Tokyo.
