About Tom

Tom Forshaw is an Associate in our Media Disputes team.

Tom has experience in a variety of matters in the media and commercial litigation sectors, including privacy, defamation and copyright claims. He has worked across each stage from pre-action correspondence to post-trial costs, for both individuals and corporate clients.

Tom joined Hamlins in May 2018 and gained valuable experience working with both the Commercial Disputes and Media Disputes teams.

He was promoted to Senior Paralegal before commencing his training contract in March 2024 and qualifying in 2026.
