About Kanika
Kanika is a Paralegal in the Real Estate Finance team.
Kanika joined Hamlins in August 2021 and has gained corporate experience as a paralegal within the Real Estate Finance department.
She manages loan transactions, drafts corporate documents and deals with security documentations, working on both development loans and investment loans and collaborating with members of the real estate department and corporate team. Kanika deals with Companies House and Land Registry searches and registration of security, as well as post completion matters.
Kanika graduated with an LLB from the London Metropolitan University and is currently studying the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

- Acting for a property development company on a £28 million development loan connected with the purchase and development of land in St Albans.
- Acting for the borrower on an extension of a £40 million loan with Canada Life.
