About Chloe
Chloe is an Associate in our Employment team.
She provides advice and guidance to employers from multiple sectors on the full range of issues which arise in the workplace including investigations and grievances, settlement agreements and exits, and performance management.
Chloe also supports a range of employee clients at all levels providing advice on negotiating employment terms and termination packages.
Chloe joined Hamlins in May 2026, which was preceded by just under 5 years with Forsters LLP.
- Reviewing and updating of employee handbook for UK sporting governing body
- Assisting with the ET3 defence form and grounds of resistance for a client in the logistics sector in relation to worker status claims and allegations of discrimination
- Drafting employment contracts for homeware retailer client
- Advising senior executive client on terms of and negotiation of employment contract
- Advising financial services client on redundancy programme
- Advising hospitality and leisure client on employment provisions of share purchase agreements
- Reviewing family friendly policies for large family office
- Advising a senior lawyer including negotiating and securing of enhanced terms and improved severance package in their exit from overseas law firm
