Hamlins strengthens Real Estate practice with appointment of new partner, Kay Evans
Hamlins has appointed a new partner, Kay Evans, to its Real Estate practice.
Kay acts for clients in strategic development projects, and on the regeneration of inner-city and greenfield sites including major planning and infrastructure projects. She specialises in land acquisition and disposals, collaboration agreements, and estate development, and has significant experience dealing with complex planning and infrastructure agreements.
Kay joins from Cripps, where she was Partner, prior to which she spent 16 years at Harold Benjamin.

Kay joins the Real Estate team alongside new associate, Katherine Forster, who joins from Dentons.
