Hamlins advised Playfootball, a leading provider of football venues for competitive leagues, on the roll-out of sports centres and 5-a-side football centres across England. We provided a range of advice on the brand’s site expansion, including defending a high profile planning challenge at Hammersmith, advising on the acquisition of sites under the Futsal brand, working on an agreement for a lease for a new site in Swindon and preparing construction documents and contracts for new sites.
