St Dunstan’s, Ovingdean

We acted for James Taylor Homes on the purchase of the landmark former Blind Veterans UK centre, known as St Dunstan's, in Ovingdean, East Sussex.

The 1930-built listed building overlooking the sea will be converted into 65 dwellings, as well as a new gym and swimming pool. 188 cycle parking spaces will be provided in a new cycle storage building and carbon emissions will be almost halved via internal insulation improvements to the existing building and an upgrade to electric heating.
