Daedalus Waterfront

We are acting for Patron Daedalus Limited on the acquisition and regeneration of a 42-acre waterfront site at Daedalus, Lee-on-the-Solent in a joint venture between MurrayTwohig Development, Orwell Real Estate and Patron Capital, led by Daedalus Development Company.

This is a significant piece of work focused on regeneration, with the site incorporating residential and industrial aspects, reflecting market needs and trends, and even a hovercraft museum!

The regeneration of this historic waterfront site will create 450,000 sq ft of commercial and residential units, providing 350 private and affordable homes and community facilities including a public park for residents and visitors.

We have acted on a number of transactions in relation to infrastructure on the site as well as working on planned disposals to housebuilders, including those specialising in heritage assets.
