We draft and negotiate building contracts, consultants’ appointments, bonds, guarantees, warranties and third party rights provisions, advising developers on a variety of construction projects, as well as advising contractors and consultants.
Our experts also advise investors and tenants on the available construction remedies, and draft and negotiate fit out contracts and consultancy agreements for occupiers. We also help funders providing finance for new developments.
Our contentious Construction practice has earned an excellent reputation for dealing with construction and engineering disputes including: disputes relating to the financing behind projects; claims for delay, loss and expense; claims for negligent design and/or workmanship; and project overspends.
