Our team advises both claimant and defendant individuals, entrepreneurs, national and international companies, LLPs, professional partnerships, financial institutions and funds, as well as rights and brand owners.

We regularly conduct litigation in the County Court, High Court (including various business and property courts, such as the Commercial Court, Technology and Construction Court and Business List) and the Court of Appeal. We are also familiar with many different types of Arbitration processes and Adjudication.

We understand individuals and businesses need realistic solutions to their issues and we take a commercial approach, providing pragmatic and straightforward advice to guide clients to the route best suited to their situation.

We try to resolve disputes quickly, using a range of techniques including mediation, in a way that demonstrates the strength of the client’s position.

We aim to reach a negotiated commercial settlement if possible but, if not, we will guide our client through the other options available including litigation, mediation or early neutral evaluation.

Our goal is to try to secure the best outcome for our client by putting forward their views succinctly and without incurring unnecessary expense.
