Hamlins strengthens Employment expertise with new partner hire, Penny Hunt
Hamlins has announced the appointment of a new Employment Partner, Penny Hunt, to lead its growing Employment team.
Penny has more than 20 years’ experience in employment law gained at international firms. She joins Hamlins from Bird & Bird where she worked as Legal Director.
Penny advises clients across a broad range of sectors including tech, financial services, life sciences, music, media, entertainment and sport.
She has established a broad practice, advising employers on the full range of employment issues and providing expertise on complex and sensitive investigations. She works with senior and board-level executives to assist with complex negotiations and is a member of the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers.
Penny is an experienced litigator and regularly assists her clients with claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. She also advises on business protection matters involving team moves and confidentiality issues.
