  • “I know money does not change what happened to me but to make Channel 5 admit to their actions was life changing. I can now hold my head high knowing I have no reason to be ashamed. I will be forever grateful to Christopher Hutchings, Daniel Shaw and Meera Khunti for all their hard work.”

  • “The team involved in our case were absolutely fantastic. They were very understanding, caring and thoughtful. They made us feel very comfortable whenever they dealt with us. Very genuine, kind and decent company to deal with. Would highly recommend. They got us the justice we deserved and we appreciate everything they've done for us.”

  • “I am so pleased Channel 5 has publicly apologised to us to today for the serious invasion of our privacy. The programme has caused us great distress and I feel that we can now start to put this behind us. I would like to thank the fantastic Hamlins Media Disputes department – in particular Lauren Twidale, Daniel Shaw and Meera Khunti – for fighting our corner and obtaining justice on our behalf.”

  • “From our initial meeting to our final communications after receiving our long and hard-fought for damages, the entire team at Hamlins has been nothing less than exemplary. Every email has been answered promptly and efficiently, every phone call handled professionally. Meeting Alex and the team on numerous occasions has proved them to be empathetic, understanding, professional and driven to get the right and just result. We were anxious before our first meeting but Alex, Lauren, Meera and Anna were all extremely friendly, professional and understanding of the horrible experiences we had received from C5. Those feelings were swept aside in minutes. The level of respect and understanding we were treated with was first-rate. Having had bad service from solicitors in the past, we can honestly say that Hamlins are in a class of their own. We would recommend them without hesitation.”

  • “Hamlins and in particular Lauren Twidale and Meera Khunti in their Media Team, made the process of my claim very simple. I felt supported and that they acted in my best interests at all times. A truly professional and personable team who I would highly recommend.”

  • “The work and commitment from Christopher Hutchings and his team at Hamlins has been nothing short of outstanding from the first moment I contacted them. They are extremely professional and explain every detail of the procedure in a straightforward and understandable manner.”
