She deals predominantly with assisting in matters of copyright litigation in the High Court, receiving regular instructions from the leading UK collecting societies Phonographic Performance Limited and PRS For Music.
Kirsty is a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 2025. She joined Hamlins in December 2005.
