Kirsty joined Hamlins in December 2005 and works in the Intellectual Property Disputes team.
She deals predominantly with assisting in matters of copyright litigation in the High Court, receiving regular instructions from the leading UK collecting societies Phonographic Performance Limited and PRS For Music.
