Our trainee programmes
Training Contracts
We offer Training Contracts to individuals who have worked in a Paralegal role at Hamlins for a minimum of 12 months. Training contracts are offered to individuals who have been nominated by their line manager and are successful in the selection process.
SQE apprenticeship scheme
We offer SQE apprenticeships at Hamlins to Senior Paralegals with a minimum of 12 months’ experience at the firm.
Our apprentices commit to a two-year training programme comprising a four-seat rotation as their Qualifying Work Experience (QWE). For the duration of the two-year programme, our apprentices take one day per week out of the office for study leave to prepare for the SQE1 and SQE2 exams.
We partner with legal education provider, BARBRI, and training provider, Damar Training, who offer an online training programme for Hamlins SQE apprentices, helping to build individual competencies and skills, and providing one to one and group sessions and personalised online support.
