The trial of Lord Watson’s and the Duke of Sussex’s claims against News Group Newspapers (NGN) will start at the High Court on Tuesday 21 January 2025.

An extract from the Claimants’ skeleton argument, which summarises the Claimants’ case, will be published here.

The Claimants do not intend to comment on the claims at this stage.
