Steve is Head of Finance, compliance officer for finance and administration (COFA) and sits on the Management Committee having joined Hamlins in January 2023.

Steve is a Chartered Accountant who has worked at Chief Financial Officer level across a number of sectors, including legal, manufacturing and charitable organisations.

He has successfully led financial and operational change projects across the globe, notably in Australia, China and Poland.

Steve is responsible for managing the Hamlins finance team, driving procedural efficiencies and ensuring operational and regulatory processes and controls are being effectively monitored and maintained.
