David joined Hamlins in September 2020 and deals with a broad variety of real estate disputes, acting for both commercial and residential clients.
David works on a breadth of different matters relating to easements, restrictive covenants and breaches of leasehold covenants (including dilapidations, rent/service charge arrears and applications for consent to assign/underlet/alter).
