David joined Hamlins in September 2020 and deals with a broad variety of real estate disputes, acting for both commercial and residential clients.
David works on a breadth of different matters relating to easements, restrictive covenants and breaches of leasehold covenants (including dilapidations, rent/service charge arrears and applications for consent to assign/underlet/alter). In addition, David has experience dealing with possession and trespass claims as well as other general landlord and tenant matters. He also assists with contested and uncontested lease renewals and collective enfranchisement claims.
Over the course of David’s training and previous employment he has gained extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious residential and commercial property matters, particularly landlord and tenant work.
David is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
