Daniel is a Corporate Finance Partner and Head of Corporate.

Daniel advises on all aspects of corporate law, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and fundraisings and equity capital markets transactions including flotations and secondary offerings on the Official List and AIM.

Daniel also advises on partnership matters, debt finance transactions and restructurings. Daniel has particular experience in the real estate, TMT, hotel and leisure sectors and his clients include entrepreneurs, SMEs, funds and Nomads and Brokers.

    • Palace Capital plc: Advised on the acquisition of Gregory Projects Limited, the owner of the Broad Street Plaza leisure asset in Halifax for £24.2m building another significant leisure asset into this longstanding client’s portfolio, a deal which called on the firm’s corporate experience in the leisure and real estate sectors.
    • Falanx Group Limited: Acted for Falanx Group Limited, the AIM quoted security and risk management consultancy, on its £2.64million fundraise through a placing and subscription of 18,878,564 new ordinary shares.
