Various Claimants v Associated Newspapers Limited: Defences and end to reporting restrictions

On 26 April 2024, Associated Newspapers Limited, publisher of the Daily Mail, The Mail on Sunday and MailOnline, filed and served its Defences to the claims brought by Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, Sadie Frost and others. At the same time, the anonymity reporting restrictions Associated obtained for a large number of journalists fell away, meaning that further details as to the claims have now been reported.

The next hearing in the litigation is on 24 May 2024 and will deal with the future conduct of the litigation.
