Real Estate Litigation

Hamlins Real Estate Disputes team has moved up from a Band 5 to a Band 4 ranking this year. The team is noted for its expertise in both residential and commercial property litigation. Defamation / Reputation Management

Hamlins Media Disputes department retains its Band 3 ranking and is described by Chambers as “a powerful litigation practice,” with “an amazing depth of knowledge and understanding”.

Real Estate: Lower Mid-Market

Real Estate retains its Band 3 ranking and is praised for its capable provision of a diverse range of real estate services, strong capability in the leisure sector and in transactions involving multi-let properties and notable expertise in high-end residential developments. Clients praise us for being “commercial, responsive and very helpful”.

Ranked Lawyers

Partner and Head of Real Estate, Mark Hurst, has climbed to the top of the rankings and is ranked Band 1 in this year’s guide, with clients commenting: “Mark is my go-to lawyer on real estate. He is first class”.

Martin Ochs, Partner in Media and Entertainment, is ranked for the first time, with a Band 3 ranking. He is recognised as "a very impressive and commercial lawyer; innovative, tenacious and a good sounding board”.
