Hamlins’ clients reach successful settlement of their phone-hacking claims against NGN

Yesterday Hamlins lawyers read out joint statements in open court for our clients, Sam Preston, Bob Mortimer, Rupert Lowe, Nancy Moir and Simon Clegg.

As well as a public apology, NGN have also paid each of our clients a substantial sum of damages to compensate our clients for the misuse of their private information.
